For our merchants and business clients: You will need to provide an email address, first and last name, general business information, and phone number for verification to effectively authenticate your business identity in order to begin using our business apps. We also ask for an additional profile business photo and photo of your logo or business sign, which could be any photo of your choosing. We also may rely on a third party sign up, which will provide us with your email, business physical address, phone number, and rating.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website or the app, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance to this privacy statement. Approach Me may change this policy by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are informed and with any changes which may concern you. In addition to providing the ability for you and those you chose to share a location with to navigate to that saved location, we require this information to understand your needs, and provide you with a better service for the following reasons in particular:
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional push notifications about our own new products or our affiliates, special offers, or other information which you may find interesting.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes or customer service follow ups.
- We may use the information to customize the website and the app according to your interests.
We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional material about third parties which you may find interesting if you inform us that you would wish us do to so.

We require access to your current location, even if you are not using the app, in order to notify you of relevant last-minute deals from businesses near you. Your location and privacy is protected and will not be shared with anyone unless you choose to Grab Deal from a business. Briskly shares your current location with a business only if you grab their last-minute deal and only during the time it takes you to get there. You location will stop being shared once you arrive at the location or if you Redeem or Cancel the deal.Businesses
We require your location in order to allow customers that grab your last-minute deal to find you and in order to broadcast your Briskly deals to relevant nearby interested customers. We only share your location with these customers.
